She: Nothing. Only the flowers, and this time you order them in time.

What may we remind you of?

Tell us who it is for and when. We will email you in good time before the day. Confirm once by link, that is all it takes.

You will then receive an email with a link. We only start reminding you once you have confirmed through it. Without confirmation your details are deleted after 48 hours. Please note that the reminders themselves are written in German.

What does the reminder service cost?

Nothing. We remind you, and whether you then order flowers from us is entirely up to you.

What does a reminder look like?

A short email, as many days before the occasion as you chose. It says which day is coming up and links to our contact form with the occasion already filled in. You can also simply reply or give us a call.

How do I unsubscribe?

Every reminder contains a link through which you can unsubscribe from single occasions or from everything. We also send you the same link from this page, under “See or delete your entries”. With us, unsubscribing means deleting: we remove your details at once and for good. A short message to us works just as well.

Can I add occasions later?

Of course. Simply reply to one of our emails saying who and when, and we will add the new occasion.

Does it work on WhatsApp too?

Yes. Write to us on WhatsApp or tell us in the shop, and we will remind you there. We write those messages personally.

What happens to my data?

We store only what the reminder needs: your email address, your first name if you give it, and the occasions. The data is kept on servers of STRATO AG in Germany, we pass it on to nobody beyond that, and we use no tracking. More in our privacy policy.
